All payments made for services, including but not limited to fitness classes, personal training sessions, workshops, and wellness programs, are non-refundable. This policy applies to both single-session purchases and package deals.
Exceptions: In the event that Prestige Wellness Center needs to cancel a class or service due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered an alternative session or service of equivalent value.
In cases of medical emergencies, requests for rescheduling may be considered at the discretion of the management, provided that appropriate documentation is submitted.
Goods: All sales of goods, including but not limited to apparel, accessories, equipment, and health products, are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products once they have been purchased.
Exceptions: Defective or damaged products may be exchanged for the same item within [7] days of purchase, subject to inspection and approval by our staff.
