PRESTIGE PILATES AND YOGA MEMBER POLICIES

These policies, rules, and expectations apply to all members of PRESTIGE PILATES AND YOGA (each a "STUDIO") and ensure an exceptional experience for everyone. 

ACCESSING THE STUDIO

• Check-In: Mandatory check-in at the front desk upon entry.

• Good Standing: Access prohibited if membership is not in good standing or outstanding payments exist.

• Waiver: To participate in activities on our premises, a signed waiver is mandatory. Members who have not signed a waiver will not be permitted to engage in activities until the waiver is completed.

LATE CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY

• Cancellations: 12 hours notice required to avoid $10 fee.

• No-Shows: $15 fee applied; 

• 15-minute late arrivals not permitted to session.

GUEST POLICY

• DIAMOND/GOLD members receive 2 complimentary guest passes monthly, bookable in advance through the front desk only. Guest must be non active member of the Studio. As a valued DIAMOND/GOLD member of PRESTIGE PILATES AND YOGA, you enjoy exclusive benefits, including: 

• 20% exclusive discount on our drop-in rate, PRESTIGE FRESH BAR, PRESTIGE Merchandise

MEMBER CONDUCT

• Respectful and socially acceptable behavior expected.

• No harassing, threatening, or inappropriate conduct towards others.

• PRESTIGE PILATES AND YOGA reserves the right to remove or revoke membership for policy violations.

SCENT-FREE POLICY

We prioritize creating a comfortable and inclusive environment for all members. To accommodate sensitivities and allergies, we enforce a scent-free policy.

• Refrain from wearing heavy perfumes, colognes, or fragrances to sessions.

• Avoid using scented lotions, oils, or powders before class.

• Fragrances can trigger allergies, asthma, or sensitivities in others.

• A scent-free environment ensures everyone's comfort and well-being.

FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT

• Lockers: For session use only; keys to be left on the lockers after the session.

• Personal Property: PRESTIGE PILATES AND YOGA not liable for loss, theft, or damage.

• Dress Code: Athletic attire and GRIP socks, 11x34'' towel for Reformer Pilates, proper athletic shoes for TRX, Clean pair of sneakers for Zumba(no outside shoes)

CHILDREN

• Under 15 years old not permitted, except in designated Yoga or Zumba sessions (parent's waiver and release form required).

WEAPONS

• Firearms and other weapons strictly prohibited.

PURCHASE AND REFUNDS

• All session sales final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

PROMOTIONAL PURCHASES

Founding Member $100 OFF - DIAMOND MEMBERSHIP. Regular price $349, Promo Price $249 a month for three months. Purchase during promo event: $100 OFF regular price. 3 months commitment required. Early Cancellation Fee: $100 (if cancelled before 3 months). Promotion period: 09/15/24 - 10/30/24. Please note that these terms only apply to Diamond memberships purchased during the Founding Member $100 OFF promo event. Regular price purchases have no early termination fee.

CHANGES TO POLICIES

• PRESTIGE PILATES AND YOGA reserves the right to update policies; changes communicated via email, social media, or website.

By joining PRESTIGE PILATES AND YOGA, members acknowledge acceptance of these policies.
